The Hollister Ranch is a 14,600 acre ranch community on California’s most beautiful stretch of coastline.  The subdivision is comprised of 136 one-hundred acre parcels, common areas, established equestrian boarding & trails, with nearly nine miles of pristine sandy beaches.  Here, just a short coastal drive up from Santa Barbara, the traditional California lifestyle has been preserved for generations.

The ranch was part of the famous 1794 Spanish land grant, the Rancho Nuestra Señora del Refugio.  The Hollister Family acquired the property in 1869, and it has been a working cattle ranch for nearly 100 years. The ranch was subdivided in 1971, and has succeeded in maintaing the spirit of Western exploration and adventure.
